First of all; We do not charge for no results! That would be Criminal: (Definition: Morally wrong weather illegal or not).

Result regarding leak finding:  A  (A is defined as 1) specific factual point of entry; crack, hole etc. (leak) that allows water inside the structure.

Result regarding leak terminating: That single specific point of entry that no longer can allow water into the structure.
 
Consultant: A person who provides expert advise professionally.

Expert: A person who has a comprehensive and authoritative knowledge or skill in a particular area.

Advice: Guidance or recommendations concerning prudent future actions, typically given by someone regarded as knowledgeable or authoritative.

Comprehensive: Of large content or scope. Wide ranging

Authoritative: Able to be trusted as being accurate or true; Reliable.

Prudent: Acting with or showing care and thought for the future.

Professionally: Engaging in a specified activity as ones main paid occupation rather than a past time.

We provide FACTS rather than ARBITRARIES in our leak finding and consulting.

Fact: Something that can be SHOWN to be true, TO EXIST or have happened.

Arbitrary: Based solely on personal wishes, feelings or perceptions rather than on objective facts, reasons or principles.

We provide STANDARD water proofing solutions for your building. Not necessarily common or usual as sometimes usual or common are not good enough.

Standard: A definite level or degree of quality that is proper and adequate for a specified purpose.

The Definition we use when we say "We will find your leaks using our procedure is:

Leak: A crack, hole or other fault that liquid, gas, etc. can pass through.
 
A: defined as 1.

Through: Moving in one side and out of the other side of (an opening etc.) In the case of a rain leak, you have many or 1 hole, crack etc. outside that rain enters and comes out the other side-in your house.

IMPORTANT: Sometimes there is more than 1 leak outside that is allowing water in the same place inside!
